This website was initially created to fill a void at my workplace—we did not have a standardized orientation process or even educational packets to support working in the ICU. And our mentorship model was intermittent at best. Information is out there but challenging to locate exactly what I was looking for. Multiple sources were synthesized and combed through. Throughout the process, I kept thinking “There must be an easier way” and “Why can’t we all share our information?!” So I ask of you, what’s the best resource you’ve found - article, website, book, ect - that you can share? What does a successful training program or mentorship experience look like?
